This is 1994 (possibly 1995) video walking through the Electric Boat design build process. It was made prior to the Government dictating a teaming agreement with Newport News Shipbuilding. At the end of the video, the President of the he President of EB (J. Turner) is shown making a speech where he emphasizes that by selecting EB as the sole-shipbuilder the benefits of design build can be obtained and that EB is committed to continuous improvement in making the submarine more affordable.
