1968 - CIA Report on Need for a High Speed Attack Submarine

This is a redacted internal report dated April 25, 1968 from the CIA Director Strategic Research (Bruce Clark) to the CIA Deputy Director for Intelligence providing an assessment on the Navy Intelligence brief to the Preparedness Subcommittee on 13 March 1968 as well as on the subsequent Rickover testimony. It includes information that was redacted from the Congressional Record at the time.
