Rickover was the main speaker on July 23, 1963 (page 60-90 which are on pdf pages 77-107)

Rickover was also one of the Navy and AEC representatives testifying on July 1 1964. For July 1 1964, Rickover was requested to come to the witness table at the beginning of testimony and was frequently called upon.

The 1963 testimony was in closed session and was classified until a decision to release in 1964. This resulted in the consolidated testimony being released in 1965 in this document.
