1959 NR Reactor Physics Handbook (Vol 1)

This is Volume 1 of the NR Physics Handbook published in 1964. It was the 7th in a series of handbooks on basic reactor technology. The NR Physics Handbook is a 3 volume series consisting of the following:

• Vol 1 - provides basic theoretical and experimental material which are of wide interest including thermal and intermediate neutron energy reactor types.

• Vol 2 provides the physics design of light water moderated and cooled reactors (originally classified)

• Vol 3 provides the physics design of intermediate neutron-energy reactors.
