We were unable to verify your Alumni Credentials

This is an unusual error which could be caused by a temporary inability to access the verification database, having an old version of nr-ha,org  cached, or possibly an error in our the verification database.

Please try the following:

1. Close out of all instances of NR-HA.org and try again.

2. Try to access on a different device, if that works, clear browser cookies on your original device and try again.

3. Submit a  support ticket at nr-ha.org/contact - please be sure to identify the version of nr-ha.org that you are running (see far bottom right of any page) and whether you can access other functions requiring verified alumni access.
