Why submitted:

In alumni search function, V 3.63 changed to .eq vs .contains. Unfortunately, Oak Ridge is coded in th ealumni data base as OR57 and MIT as MIT55.

The database should be modified to just use the year.

mwh: 4/24/2024 Updated CMS alumni database for Oak Ridge and MIT.  Tested successfully.  Also need to address for some other special cases.  Leave open until fully checked.
