1. Add field to support DB
>> Use data validation (1 - High Priority 2 - Normal, 3 - Low Priority
2. Modify Create ticket and submitted ticket pages to include entering priority
(verify mobil version)
3. Modify support search page to search for priority. Update list page to include showing priority (verify mobile version)
