1992 Carl Schmitt's Remarks at the NR Reunion

The 1992 Naval Reactors reunion was organized by Ted Rockwell ('coincidentally' around the release of his 1992 Book - The Rickover Effect). As noted in the 1st page of this document, owing to poor acoustics and poor crowd control, these remarks were not actually given by Carl Schmitt (NRHQ 1964 - 1999 and Deputy Director at the time) but was distributed to alumni attendees afterward by Bob Steele (NRHQ 1958 - 1994).
